The meticulously renovated B&B 3C is nestled off a quiet “Calle,” just a stone's throw from the famous “Piazza San Marco", St. Mark's Square. This ideal location means you'll merely stroll to the most famous historic sites and venues, a variety of excellent restaurants, shopping, and the intimate ambience that is uniquely Venice.

The 3C is just off the San Zaccaria public transport stop, where all principal lines have landings. This makes it not only extra-easy for arriving, but also for visiting any other City or lagoon destination during your stay, such as Murano, Burano, Torcello, Lido, and the train station or Piazzale Roma. Note, too, that there are no bridges between San Zaccaria Line 1 stop and the B&B 3C!
