Great little hotel, right in the centre of Venice but you wouldn't know as it is very quiet. Juri and his team could not do anymore for us, fantastic hosts.

 Verified Very helpful and friendly. Clean and well appointed room. GREAT breakfast which was made to order each morning.

 Verified Nice B&B and wonderful location
This B&B was in a fabulous area and location is everything. It was close to lots of great restaurants and the water taxi buses. Juri was very helpful with things to do and helping with our suitcases up and down the staircase. It was very clean and had a nice breakfast. My friend and I asked for separate beds and they complied. us.

Fantastic location, practically yes in Piazza San Marco. Cozy, spacious and clean room. The owner is very hospitable and always available to give advice. Breakfast varied and good. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend the property. Lara

3C B&B was very comfortable, quiet and had an excellent location. We were able to walk to all of Venice’s beautiful sites. Juri, our host, was very welcoming, answered all our questions and offered great suggestions. We would definitely stay again!

High rooms, wonderful historical flooring, tasteful furnishings (I am an architect and attended the Architettura Biennale). Very accommodating service. Reception and farewell by the boss personally.

We stayed in Venice with my wife for 3 days, we stayed atvenire3c we had a great time, perfect location in the center attached to St. Mark's Square, the owner very kind and extremely helpful, when we return to Venice we will be happy to return to this property

Great location! Right in the heart of Venice but down a quiet side street. Good size room. Very clean. Friendly owners. Nice breakfast! Perfect for 2 friends visiting Venice sights! We arrived quite late but the owner gave us instructions to gain entry. Would definitely return. Good value for such a great location 😄

☺l'emplacement du logement à 3 minutes à pied de la place St Marc et de l'embarcadère pour aller à Murano . l'accueil EXCELLENT  le   petit déjeuner  copieux et servi avec le sourire. a recommander pour un séjour de 3 ou 4 nuits à Venise.

☹pour nous nous ne voyons pas ce qui peut-être amélioré car nous avons trouvé ce logement parfait pour notre séjour de 3 jours à Venise .

☺Déjeuner suffisant et dans la bonne humeur pour la dame qui vous sert. 
Dommage que ce n'est pas un vrai buffet continental !

☹Wi Fi ne fonctionne pas 
La télévision est juste belle dans la chambre mais ne fonctionne pas non plus
